Dear Alan,

…Overall, our Waldorf Yucatan Adventure was fabulous! The beautiful landscape, the warm turquoise waters, the mystical cenotes, ancient ruins, rich culture and language all made the Yucatan peninsula an excellent destination for a class trip.

The itinerary was well planned to provide a variety of experiences and a balanced range of activity and relaxation. All that I had hoped for in regard to creating a meaningful experience was accomplished. I look back on the trip with deep feelings of appreciation and wonder.

As a guide, Alan, I thought you were excellent. Right away upon our arrival in Cancun and each day forth, you made a point of greeting the students sincerely. You were aware of the group's needs thought the trip, accommodated them as much as possible, and rarely, if ever, seemed in a panic! You were a cool dude in a hot place. Your enthusiasm and passion for the Mexican people were obvious and inspirational. In working with your before, during and after the trip, I experienced you as a clear and forthright communicator, a thoughtful and accommodating leader and a real pleasure to get to know as a person....

Please feel free to use any of the photos from our trip to advertise in the future. If you think of any way I could help spread the word about Waldorf Yucatan Adventure, I would be more than willing to help.

Sincerely,

Joseph Doucette
